ACCOMMODATIONS
Limited moderate accommodations are available at the Albergo da Verrazzano and the Agriturismo Casa Nova, where singers and faculty members reside.
For more luxurious accommodations, we offer Villa le Barone. Once home to the famous Tuscan Della Robbia family, Villa le Barone had been graciously converted into a hotel without losing any of its original character and charm. Situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico country, among the vineyards and olive groves of one of the most beautiful and historic regions of Italy, it is an ideal hotel for those who seek peace and tranquility. With its large garden, swimming pool and tennis court, Le Barone invites you to relax in what are truly delightful surroundings.
Upon request, other accommodations can be made available... Il Palagio, a
13th Century Country estate, Vignamaggio, the birthplace of Mona Lisa, Villa Sangiovese,
on the town square of Panzano.

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS
Car: Since Villa Le Barone is situated in the countryside, (10 - 15 minutes from the Vocal Program activities) a car for those who want to explore the surrounding
area is recommended.
Shuttle: In order to accommodate those visitors who prefer not to drive, a shuttle will operate between Le Barone and the Vocal Program activities on
weekdays.
Car Service: Transportation to and from Florence/Siena and nearby airports is available at nominal rates. Sightseeing and custom-designed trips also
can be arranged for individuals and group sutilizing private cars, vans and
small buses.
FEES
To take full advantage of Vocal Program activities, spend a week,
arriving on Saturday and departing on the following Saturday. Lengths of
stay however, and arrival and departure dates are flexible.
Fee includes accommodations, Vocal Program Activities, and assistance with personal itinerary.
For Albergo da Verrazzano and the Agriturismo Casa Nova, fees start at:
$2,000.00 per week per person in single occupancy.
$1,000.00 for additional person occupying same room. |
For Villa le Barone, Il Palagio, Vignamaggio, and Villa Sangiovese, fees start at:
$3,500.00 per week per person in single occupancy.
$1,000.00 for additional person occupying same room. |
TRAVEL AGENTS
The program is available to travel agents at a commission of 10%

PAYMENTS: A $400 per person deposit required at time of booking. Final payment is due upon departure to Italy. We accept American Express, Visa or MasterCard
as well as personal checks, which should be made to payable to: Elements for Success, Inc.
INSURANCE: Trip cancellation insurance and insurance coverage in case of medical emergency or loss of personal property are recommended.
CANCELLATION FEES AND REFUND LIMITATIONS: $400 per person for cancellation. There is no refund for leaving early or arriving late.
