About the Vocal Program

The Daniel Ferro Vocal Program, Inc., an intensive, three-week studies course, provides young artists with a unique opportunity to study in the idyllic setting of Tuscany. The seven-member faculty is headed by Daniel Ferro of The Juilliard School, and represents Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and the United States.

Daniel Ferro is internationally recognized for his work with illustrious performers of opera and concert repertoire, such as Kathleen Battle, Règine Crespin, Evelyn Lear, Anna Moffo, Thomas Stewart, Ruggero Raimondi, Robert Dean Smith, Ying Huang, Alan Titus, to name a few. Mr. Ferro's singers continue to distinguish themselves in major competitions throughout the world. He also counts among his students many who have become successful teachers at leading conservatories and universities.
